Kauri Whānau connecting in the holidays

Kia ora everyone,

We hope that all is well in your bubble. It has been great to see so many of our tamariki engaging in our connecting activity that is posted on the Kauri Google Classroom. There is still time to send in photos and to guess who is doing what, especially for the more recently added photos. I will leave the activity to run through today, Saturday, and will post answers tomorrow, Sunday. So far one person has only made one error with their guesses, pretty jolly impressive! Encourage your child to get involved if they haven't already. Below are a couple of sample slides from the Google Classroom post.

Extension to closing date for submissions on Proposed Zone Ammendment

Proposed Enrolment Zone Amendment

Kia ora koutou

Given the current state of the nation, and the significant changes that we have all had to deal with over the past two weeks, the Board of Trustees have requested an extension to the closing date for submissions on the Proposed Enrolment Zone Amendment. This request has been approved.

The new closing date for submissions to the Proposed Enrolment Zone Amendment will be Friday 17th April.

Submissions should be sent to Tom Scollard: tom@tomscollard.co.nz

All of the information about the proposed changes can be found on our school website under 'Enrolment/Proposed Enrolment Zone Amendment'

Kauri Whānau connecting in the holidays

Kia ora everyone,

In these extraordinary times it is really important to stay connected. We have recorded some videos and put a fun activity together so that all of our Year 7 & 8s can keep in touch. Please let your child know that they can go onto the Kauri Google Classroom to access the presentation we have put together for them. (It is not work!) We have also uploaded a google form for them to fill in for leadership points in term 1.

Take care
