Parents are regularly updated about their children’s progress at Beckenham Te Kura o Pūroto.
The year starts with learning conferences on the first two days of school. Students, parents and teachers identify the student’s strengths and then determine goals for the student to work on. Learning conferences are also held at two other times during the year where students and teachers share the progress that students have made throughout the year. During learning conference time, you will be sent a link to make a booking.
Formal reports are also sent home to parents twice a year. These reports are designed to inform parents on how their children are achieving at school.
Parents are also welcome to contact their child’s home group teacher to discuss any aspect of their learning or well-being.
