Design phase – March 2015 – March 2016. This is broken down into 4 phases:
- master plan – 3 months (Mar 2015 – June 2015)
- preliminary design – 3 months (July 2015 – Sep 2015)
We are now moving into this next phase:
- developed design – 3 months (Oct 2015 – Dec 2015)
- detailed design – 3 months (Jan 2016 – Mar 2016)
- tender/consent – 2 / 3months (Mar 2016 – Apr/May 2016 – highly dependent on how it takes for CCC to approve documentations. Cannot commence construction until this has been received).
- Construction commence – Apr/ May 2016 with an estimate of 12 – 18 months construction period.
The above is subject to movement depending on what happens with decanting and the construction methodology.
