Design phase \u2013 March 2015 \u2013 March 2016.  This is broken down into 4 phases:<\/u><\/u><\/i><\/div>

  • master plan \u2013 3 months (Mar 2015 \u2013 June 2015)<\/i><\/span><\/li>
  • preliminary design \u2013 3 months (July 2015 \u2013 Sep 2015)<\/i><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/u><\/i>
    <\/u><\/i><\/div>
    We are now moving into this next phase:<\/b><\/span><\/div>
    <\/div>
    • developed design \u2013 3 months (Oct 2015 \u2013 Dec 2015)<\/i><\/span><\/li>
    • detailed design \u2013 3 months (Jan 2016 \u2013 Mar 2016)<\/i><\/span><\/li>
    • tender\/consent \u2013 2 \/ 3months (Mar 2016 \u2013 Apr\/May 2016 \u2013 highly dependent on how it takes for CCC to approve documentations.  Cannot commence construction until this has been received).<\/i><\/span><\/li>
    • Construction commence \u2013 Apr\/ May 2016 with an estimate of 12 \u2013 18 months construction period. <\/i><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/u><\/i>
